Rooftop Patio Usage:  For groups of 20 or more, one half of the rooftop patio may be reserved no less than 4 days in advance. A $100 deposit is required to reserve the patio. Please remit the deposit at your earliest convenience to: Westwinds Real Estate Services, Inc., Attn: Nicole Parsons, 519 Kirkwood Avenue, Iowa City, IA 52240. Patio reservation requests will not be processed or added to the calendar until the $100 deposit is paid in full.
