Already doing so? Great! If not, here are some of the benefits to easing that everyday stress:

  • EASY, FAST PAYMENT: Nearly 90% of our tenants have used the portal to pay rent, late fees, or other service charges. Whether it’s a one-time payment or recurring payments, this method is by far the most efficient. And by using an E-check, the service is FREE!
  • MAINTENANCE, PLEASE: Do you have a maintenance issue that you want to report quickly? The ‘Request Maintenance’ button in your tenant portal is the place to go 24/7. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once submitted and your request will be immediately prioritized for service.
  • UPDATE PERSONAL INFO: Communication is key! By keeping your personal information (cell phone #, e-mail address, name changes, etc.) updated, you are helping Westwinds more effectively and efficiently communicate important information directly to you.
  • SHARED DOCUMENTS: Need a copy of your current lease? A list of all your payments? These, along with other tenant documents, can all be accessed via your portal without having to request them from our office.
